Banstead Boilers Ltd provides the following services across the South of England:

  • Boiler installation, servicing, and repairs
  • Plumbing and leak fixing
  • Electrical works and maintenance
  • Air conditioning installation and repairs
  • General handyman services
  • Supply and installation of boilers and related parts

 

We serve both domestic and commercial clients. All work is carried out by qualified engineers and tradespeople, including Gas Safe Registered engineers and certified electricians.

3. Bookings and Payments

  • Bookings can be made via phone or email.
  • A deposit may be required to confirm your booking. Deposits are non-refundable.
  • Full payment is due within 30 days of receiving your invoice or payment request, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • We accept bank transfer and card payments.


Failure to make payment within the agreed time frame may result in interest being charged in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Customers may cancel or reschedule appointments by giving at least 48 hours’ notice.
  • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur a call-out fee.
  • Deposits are non-refundable, even if the booking is cancelled.

 

If Banstead Boilers Ltd must cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange an alternative appointment.

5. Products and Parts

Where we supply and install parts or products (such as boilers or fittings), the warranty for those items will be provided by the manufacturer, not Banstead Boilers Ltd. We will assist customers in liaising with the manufacturer if warranty claims are required.

Banstead Boilers Ltd does not accept liability for delays or product failures caused by third-party manufacturers.

6. Liability

While we take every reasonable precaution to ensure our work is completed to a professional standard, Banstead Boilers Ltd will not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss or damage.
  • Loss of profit, revenue, or business interruption.
  • Issues arising from pre-existing faults or conditions beyond our control.
  • Any damage caused by misuse, neglect, or failure to follow advice given by our engineers.


Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific job or service in question.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

7. Access and Safety

The customer must ensure that our engineers have safe and reasonable access to the property and the equipment being serviced or installed. If access is restricted or unsafe, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the appointment and charge for lost time.

8. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information about your property, appliances, and requirements.
  • Ensuring all existing systems comply with current safety standards and regulations.
  • Informing us of any hazardous materials, conditions, or risks on site.

 

Failure to provide accurate or complete information may result in additional charges.

9. Data Protection

We respect your privacy and handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Your data is used only for the purposes of managing your booking, providing services, and sending updates if you have opted in to marketing communications.

10. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, please contact us at info@bansteadboilers.co.uk.
We will aim to resolve any issue quickly and fairly.

If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to the laws of England and Wales and handled by the courts of England and Wales.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
